One subscription. Every service.

A plan buys capacity — credits, concurrent jobs, seats, connected platforms — not a shortlist of features you have to upgrade to unlock. Every tier reaches every service and every model Tonta offers.

Pay as you go
No subscription. Buy credit when you need it, and every job prices at the same rate-card price whether that credit came from a pack or a plan. Purchased credit expires 12 months after purchase; credit included in a subscription does not roll over and expires at the end of its billing period. Expiry dates are shown before you buy.

Every workspace starts here — it’s the floor, not a lesser plan. Subscribing later is an upgrade, never a requirement to create.

Every plan's monthly credit is a bundle sold below its own per-unit price — pay-as-you-go always prices at full rate-card. Subscribe once you know roughly how much you'll create each month; stay pay-as-you-go until then.

Pay-as-you-go also pays a small monthly storage & delivery fee for the media it keeps, itemised on your usage page. Subscribers have storage and delivery included in their plan.

What actually differs above a tier is capacity, and unattended auto-publishing to your own accounts once trust is earned — a risk setting, not a feature you unlock by paying more. Every plan reaches every service, model and preset, 4K included, priced by credit.

Every plan reaches every service and every model

Higher tiers buy more credit, more concurrent jobs, more seats and more brand profiles — never a longer list of what you are allowed to make. Every plan, pay-as-you-go included, reaches every model and preset, 4K included: a premium model or a higher resolution simply uses more credit, priced by what you use. What is actually gated: unattended auto-publishing to your own social accounts (a risk setting, not a feature). Every tier can connect every supported platform.

A small number of services are still being built out. If something you ask for in Create isn’t ready yet, you’ll be told before anything spends — never after.

Outgrowing add-ons? Maxing them out never beats upgrading — the next plan includes more of everything above, at a lower per-unit cost.

Credit packs

Top up your balance any time between renewals — purchased credit expires 12 months after purchase (see the refund and credits policy). The packs on offer and their prices are listed in the Pay as you go card above; the amount you are charged is always the one shown at checkout.

Try it before you pay for it

There is no free plan and no free trial — every workspace is on a paid plan. Instead, run a free Preview on your own brief first: the agent's clarifying questions, a shot-by-shot plan, one watermarked sample, and an itemised quote for the real job — all before you enter a card. The Preview sample is watermarked and not for publishing; it exists to show you the plan and the price, not to be the finished piece.

Refunds are credit, never cash

Any remedy we issue — a service failure on our end, a goodwill adjustment — is added back to your workspace as credit, not a cash refund. There is no cash-refund path in the product, and no guarantee that a delivered piece is refunded after the fact. The point where you can back out for free is the Preview, before you pay — not a claim after delivery. If a job fails through our fault, the credit it consumed is put back automatically; support can add goodwill credit too. The only cash that ever goes back to a card is a chargeback you raise with your bank, which is outside our control: while one is open the workspace is placed on hold, and it is resolved through your bank's dispute process.

What we do — and don’t — promise about your output

Tonta does not provide intellectual-property indemnity on any plan. We never say or imply that an output is cleared, rights-free, or safe to publish outright — that judgment call, and the legal risk that comes with publishing anything, stays with you. What we do provide: a provenance record for every piece (prompt version, references used, generation history) you can point to as evidence of how it was made; automated checks that run before anything publishes; and a legal hold rather than deletion if a claim comes in about something you made here.

Your first period is discounted — the renewal price is shown up front

New workspaces get a discount on their first billing period, never a free one — a real charge is what proves an account is genuine. The regular renewal price is shown to you before you subscribe and locked to your subscription then, so a later price change never quietly raises what you already agreed to. Cancelling takes the same number of steps as signing up, with no retention screen in the way, and we never pre-select an auto-renewing add-on for you.

Frequently asked

Is there a free plan or trial?

No — every workspace has a paid floor, pay-as-you-go: there’s no subscription required, but generating still spends purchased credit. Instead, run a free Preview on your own brief first: a plan, an itemised quote and one watermarked sample, before you enter a card or buy any credit.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from your billing page at any time. What changes is capacity — credits, concurrency, seats, connections — never which services you can reach.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling takes the same number of steps as signing up, with no retention screen in the way. Your renewal price is always shown to you before you subscribe, so there is nothing to discover later.

This page describes how billing and refunds work today. It is not a substitute for the terms of service, which govern in the event of any conflict.
